About the recipe

Many store-bought Creole seasonings are mostly salt, sometimes with added chemical preservatives and anti-caking agents. This simple seasoning blend from Virginia Willis is a mixture of salt, pepper, and dried herbs and spices. How’s this for anti-caking: shake the jar!
