Classic Negroni Cocktail

Ingredients
Ice cubes
1 ounce high-quality sweet vermouth, such as Dolin
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce London dry gin
Orange peel, for garnish
Instructions
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the vermouth, Campari and gin. Stir until well-chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice (see note). Twist the orange peel over the drink and then rub the peel around the rim of the glass. Drop the peel into the drink and serve.
