Grilled Chicken Wings

These wings are easy and versatile enough to work both in the oven or on the grill.

1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 pounds chicken wings
In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, soy sauce, garlic and lemon juice.
Place wings inside a large zipper-lock bag and pour the marinade over the wings. Seal the bag, making sure to remove all the air from the bag, place the bag in a baking dish, refrigerate and marinate for a minimum of 4 hours.
Heat the grill to 350 degrees. Remove wings from the bag and arrange in a single layer in a baking dish or directly on your grill grates, taking care to tap off the excess marinade. Cook for 30 minutes, then adjust the temperature to 425 degrees and grill for another 15 minutes. Serve.
