About the recipe
Show off the best of summer’s produce with this salad. We like to use a mix of tomatoes — one large red, one large yellow and a pint of cherries — as well as a variety of cucumbers in this recipe. In addition, feel free to use as many of your favorite herbs in this dish. Feel free to experiment and make it your own.
If you make the salad ahead of time, you may need to add more salt right before serving — the juices will begin to come out of the vegetables and dilute the salad. Be sure to taste before bringing the salad to the table.
