Blended Cuba Libre

3 cups crushed ice

6 ounces Mexican Coca-Cola

2 ounces Mount Gay Eclipse rum

1/4 ounce fresh lime juice

1/4 ounce falernum

Lime round, for garnish


Combine the ice, Coca-Cola, rum, lime juice and falernum in a blender. Blend until smooth, pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with the lime round. Serve immediately.
