Instant Pot braised kale with onion and jalapeños come together in just 15 minutes

About the recipe
Using a pressure cooker or Instant Pot to cook greens makes them taste like they’ve been simmering for hours, but 15 to 20 minutes is all you need. This recipe works just as well on the stove top; just simmer the whole thing until the greens are tender.

2 cups vegetable broth
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1 sweet onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
