About the recipe
Any steakhouse enthusiast can tell you that grilled bacon is a thing of beauty. Cooking bacon over the indirect heat of the grill gently crisps the bacon while minimizing the risk of burning. If you have a gas grill, you can control the heat where the bacon cooks near, but not over, a direct flame. If you’re using a charcoal or Kamado grill, move the coals to one side of the grill and place the bacon on the opposite side.
