DRINK
Raspberry Prosecco Ice Cubes
Southern Kitchen

About the recipe
Making flavored ice cubes is a wonderful way to keep your drink cold without diluting it. A small amount of water helps counteract the alcohol and causes the cubes to freeze harder. These cubes make an excellent addition to a glass of prosecco on a hot summer’s day.
Serves: 6 cubes
Hands On Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 8 hours and 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups prosecco
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup raspberries
Instructions
In a glass measuring cup, combine the prosecco and water. Place four raspberries in each cube of a silicone ice cube mold and top with the prosecco mixture. Freeze until completely solid, at least 8 hours. Once the cubes are frozen, remove from the molds and add to your desired beverage.
