Greek Yogurt Herb Dressing

Serves: Makes approximately 1 1/4 cup

Ingredients

3/4 cup 2-percent Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chopped fresh chives 
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup fresh basil
1 small garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving. The dressing will keep, refrigerated, for up to 3 days.
