Soy Marinated Chicken Wings

Ingredients

4 pounds chicken wings
1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together oil, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice.

Place wings inside a large zip-top plastic bag and pour the marinade over the wings. Seal the bag, making sure to remove all the air from the bag, place the bag in a baking dish, refrigerate and allow wings to marinate for a minimum of 4 hours.

Remove wings from the bag and arrange in a single layer in a baking dish, taking care to tap off the excess marinade. Bake for 30 minutes, then adjust the oven to 425 degrees, and bake for another 15 minutes.

Serve warm.
