Apple Cider-Bourbon Jelly or Hot Pepper Jelly
Mixed Berry Jam
Classic Southern Buttermilk Biscuits, or the biscuit recipe of your choice
15 to 20 thin slices country ham


If you're making your jams and jellies from scratch, start those first.

Once they have cooled, bake the biscuits. Slice in half and top with your choice of spread and a slice or two of country ham. Serve.
