3/4 cup ice cubes
1 1/2 ounce Altos Blanco tequila
1 ounce Coco Lopez cream of coconut
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce Averna amaro
1/2 ounce turbinado syrup
1/4 ounce Letherbee fernet
1/4 ounce pineapple juice
Freshly ground nutmeg, for garnish


In a blender, combine the ice, tequila, cream of coconut, lime juice, Averna Amaro, turbinado syrup, fernet and pineapple juice. Blend until smooth and transfer to a rocks glass. Garnish with nutmeg and serve immediately.
