Summer Crush Cocktail

1/2 cup ice cubes
3 to 4 pieces frozen watermelon
2 ounces Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
2 ounces thawed frozen lemonade concentrate
3 fresh basil leaves
3 fresh mint leaves
1 lemon slice, for garnish
2 dashes 18.21 hibiscus bitters, or other bitters of your choice


Place the ice, watermelon, bourbon, lemonade concentrate, and two each of the basil and mint leaves in a blender. Blend until the mixture forms a very smooth texture, about 15 seconds. Pour into your favorite glassware and garnish with the remaining basil and mint leaves, lemon slice, and the two dashes of bitters on top of the cocktail. Serve with a metal straw and enjoy in the shade.
