
Tropical Snow Cocktail from MG Road

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups strongly brewed Earl Grey tea
1 1/2 cups bourbon
3/4 cups fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
Zest from 3 lemons
Zest from 1 orange
1 teaspoon orange bitters
1 (750-ml) bottle champagne
20 ounces Red Rock ginger ale (or other spicy ginger beer)
Freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions
Mix the tea, bourbon, lemon juice, honey, brandy, orange juice, lemon zest, orange zest and bitters in a glass pitcher and let sit overnight in the fridge.
Strain the citrus zest out of the punch mixture. Pour the punch mixture into a large punchbowl and stir in the champagne and ginger ale. Grate nutmeg over the top and serve.
