Seelbach Cocktail

Ingredients

Ice cubes
1 1/2 ounces bourbon
1/2 ounce Cointreau
7 dashes angostura bitters
7 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Sparkling wine
Lemon twist

Instructions

Place the ice in a mixing glass and top with the bourbon, Cointreau and both bitters. Stir the drink until cold and strain into a flute glass. Top with sparkling wine and the lemon twist. Serve immediately.
