About the recipe

This cocktail was made famous by the Seelbach Hotel in Louisville, KY, where the drink was invented. We prefer to use prosecco in this recipe, but you can use any sparkling white wine you like. You will need a mixing glass, bar boon, strainer and flute glass for this recipe.
