Kuro to Shiro

Ingredients

1 ounce Old Fourth Distillery vodka
1 ounce Choya Umeshu Kokuto (Japanese plum wine)
1/2 ounce Jack Rudy Tonic
1/8 ounce St. George Bruto Americano
1/8 ounce Cappelletti Sfumato Amaro Rabarbaro
Ice cubes
Club soda
Lime wedge
Edible flowers, for garnish

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, Choya Umeshu Kokuto, tonic, Americano and Amaro. Shake until well-chilled, about 30 seconds, then strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Top with the club soda. Squeeze the lime wedge into the drink, then garnish with the flowers. Serve immediately.
