Homemade Magic Shell

Ingredients

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

Place chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 20- to 30-second increments until the chocolate has just melted, stirring each increment to fully incorporate the oil. Once the oil has been incorporated, drizzle over your favorite ice cream. Serve immediately. 

Magic shell can be stored at room temperature indefinitely. Re-melt in the microwave as needed before serving.
