About the recipe

With no baking required, this sweet cookie is the perfect dessert or take-away treat for guests at any summer gathering.

The original instructions for this sweet cookie-like treat called for a meat grinder, but since that once-essential piece of equipment is now considered a gourmet rarity, we've adapted the instructions for a food processor.

Total time for this recipe includes 1 hour of chilling time.
