
Tropical Snow Cocktail from MG Road

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
Peels from 2 oranges, plus more for serving
Peels from 2 lemons, plus more for servin
2 cups gin, such as Gin Lane 1751
1 cup ginger liqueur, such as Stirrings
1/2 cup orange liqueur, such as Combier
4 cups Regenerate blueberry juice
1 cup fresh lemon juice
Ice cubes
Instructions
In a large punch bowl, muddle together the sugar, orange peels and lemon peels. Let the mixture sit for at least 8 hours, or up to overnight.
Add the gin, ginger liqueur and orange liqueur and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in the blueberry and lemon juice, and add enough ice to fill the bowl. Refrigerate the punch overnight.
When ready to serve, give the punch a stir, remove the citrus peels and add more ice, to taste. Garnish with additional orange and lemon slices, if desired. Serve.
