The pate of the South, pimento cheese is the epitome of a summer picnic. Everyone has a slightly different recipe, a little more of this, a little less of that - but the primary ingredients remain the same. This versionĀ uses Worcestershire sauce (or as Morris' family calls it, "Woo Woo sauce").
Don't buy cheese that has been already grated, because the end results won't be creamy enough. If you like, season to taste with coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper.
