Ingredients
6 eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, place the eggs and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove the eggs from heat and add to a bowl filled with cold water to cool. Once fully cooled, crack and peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolks from egg white halves and in a small bowl, combine with mayonnaise and pickle relish. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Fill the white halves with the filling and serve.
