Coastal food and drink are the focus for this 5-day feast on the Georgia coast, where there are three headlining events for serious eaters. Renowned Southern pitmasters will prepare and present their barbecued foods at the FIREBOX event; there’s also the unlimited Tasting Under the Oaks outdoor beverage sampling which also has a farmer’s and artists’ market, a food tasting called Flights & Bites where chefs compete for your votes, a charity auction for a private dinner party for 12 prepared by a top local chef, and classes on cooking and cocktails, including one hosted by Eric Vonk of Richland Rum.
