Our favorite Austin, Texas brew

Known for breakfast tacos and barbecue, Austin, Texas has an up and coming craft beer culture that will leave you struggling to decide which brew to end the day with. That’s why we’ve made the decision easier for you: Black Metal from Jester King Brewery. An imperial stout, Black Metal contains flavors of chocolate, coffee and burnt malt balanced by aggressive hop bitterness. You’ll want to pour this winter release all season long, but not without repping a little more Austin-pride.

Jester King Brewery is one of the most well-known breweries in Austin, and its stout will light up the streets of the city with every pitch-black pour. We can’t prove it, but this beer just tastes better when we drink it from this pint glass from UncommonGreen.

From local breweries and beers to glassware that shows your hometown or college pride, your fridge will be full this season with a good beer and your bar cart will get some personality. And don’t forget, y’all: keep Austin weird.
